Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Our client in Upper Sandusky is hiring for Production Team Members across all shifts. With the relocation of their Pennsylvania operations to Upper Sandusky, they are expanding their team to handle increased production demands. They currently employ around 170 employees and are approved to increase to 190 employees. The production lines will now operate 24/7, requiring additional team members primarily for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Please note that all candidates will need to train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks, with special circumstances considered.

Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment and handle fabricated glass products for various customers and applications.

Operate all types of manufacturing equipment, place glass into machinery, and package the final product for customer delivery.

Relate effectively to employees at all levels and be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, and company reputation.

Support production management, minimize waste and downtime, improve daily processes, and streamline workflows.

Inspect and detect products for defects, ensuring each customer order is completed safely and timely.Essential Skills

1+ years of manufacturing work experience.

1+ years of experience with production equipment/machinery/assembly line.

Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Glass manufacturing experience.

Forklift operation.

Ability to read and follow work instructions.

Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and reach as necessary.

Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Upper Sandusky, Ohio.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34528.00 - $38688.00/yr.
