Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Team Lead to oversee our food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in production management within a food manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to manage a team effectively and ensure the smooth running of operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of at least 10 employees in a food manufacturing plant.
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Utilize hand tools and general labor skills to support production processes.
Develop leadership skills within the team to enhance overall performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.Essential Skills

Experience in production within a food manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with hand tools and general labor skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience supervising a team of at least 10 people.

Work Environment
The work environment includes early morning shifts from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Our facility is a food manufacturing plant where safety and sanitation are paramount. The role involves hands-on work with hand tools and general labor tasks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
