A Plasma Operator need to be highly driven individual that will set up and operate the Plasma machine to drawing specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operating all duties safely. • 2 to 5 years experiences operating a programmed plasma machine • Able to understand the proper set up and operation of the machine • Able to use hand tools to set up and adjust equipment • Ability to read & decipher blueprints and flat sheets • Able to give accurate interpretation of blue prints and customer specifications • Able to perform preventative maintenance for the assigned equipment • Able to troubleshoot • Able to select and load materials including programs and fixtures • Insure that quality inspection criteria are being followed for all parts fabricated • Work timely and expeditiously to deliver an on time product without manufacturing errors • Support fellow team members to achieve company goals and objectives Additional Machines include press brakes, CNC punches, rollers, grinders, drill presses, etc. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
