Job Title: Clean Room Assembler - 2nd Shift
Job Description
As a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. This role requires working 1st shift hours from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday. While you will have the option to sit or stand during your 10-hour shift, standing will be required for parts of the shift. This position involves light industrial/general assembly work, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs., and meeting metrics for the number of pieces assembled.
Responsibilities
Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
Meet assembly metrics by efficiently assembling components.
Utilize hand tools and test equipment.
Maintain good attendance and adhere to quality standards.
Operate machines and conduct soldering and general labor tasks.Essential Skills

Work Environment
Candidates will work in a close to brand new, state-of-the-art facility that is clean, bright, and temperature-controlled at 68 degrees with 30% humidity. The environment is safety-focused, ensuring a comfortable and secure workplace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
