Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. The primary focus of this role is troubleshooting electrical sensors, wires, pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics (Fanuc/Kuka). The position involves working within automated cells that contain numerous pneumatic systems, hoses, and wiring. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, assisting with capital equipment installations, and occasionally handling building and facilities maintenance. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot electrical sensors, wires, pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics (Fanuc/Kuka).
Perform preventative maintenance on automated assembly equipment.
Assist with the installation of capital equipment.
Conduct building and facilities maintenance as needed.
Work within automated cells containing pneumatic systems, hoses, and wiring.Essential Skills
3+ years of maintenance experience.
3+ years of troubleshooting automated assembly equipment.
3+ years of experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
3+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience.
Mechanical aptitude.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Willingness to learn and be trained.

Work Environment
The position is for the 2nd shift, working from 2 PM to 11 PM with occasional Saturday shifts of 5 hours. The role requires working 40+ hours per week. The work environment is a manufacturing setting involving screw machines, welders, assembly lines, paint equipment, and testing equipment. The facility is highly automated with various robotic and automated cells, and operators feeding the equipment for assembly. The company is committed to keeping the facility clean and well-maintained.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
