Job Title: Deburring Technician
Job Description
As a Deburring Technician, you will primarily deburr medical machined parts using hand tools, Scotch Brite pads, and knives. You will work with very small parts, including those used in eye-related products, primarily made from aluminum and some exotic materials. This role involves visual and cosmetic deburring, requiring the use of a microscope nearly 100% of the time. You will document and work in a regulated medical environment.
Responsibilities
Deburr medical machined parts using hand tools, Scotch Brite pads, and knives.
Work with very small parts, primarily made from aluminum and some exotic materials.
Perform visual and cosmetic deburring using a microscope approximately 100% of the time.
Document processes and maintain compliance in a regulated medical environment.Essential Skills
6+ months of experience deburring machined components.
Medical device tumbling experience.
6+ months of microscope experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Medical device chemical cleaning experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
