Job Title: IT Systems Technician & Programmer

Farmington Hills, MI On-Site

Full-Time Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

$55,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Summary:

We’re recruiting for a stable, well-established company in Farmington Hills, MI, seeking an IT Systems Technician & Programmer. This hands-on role will manage IBM AS400 systems, support MAC-PAC ERP, administer Microsoft 365 applications, and troubleshoot internal IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot AS400 and MAC-PAC ERP systems

Program using RPG OPM, RPG/400, and RPG-ILE

Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and create custom SharePoint databases

Set up and support desktops, laptops, phone systems, and network equipment

Monitor cybersecurity and manage system updates

Provide helpdesk support for internal and remote users

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree + 2 years IT experience OR 7+ years hands-on IT/programming experience (AS400, RPG, Microsoft 365)

Strong multitasking, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred

Valid driver’s license required
