St. Joseph School in Corydon is hiring an Instructional Aide for 2025-2026.

The Prekindergarten Instructional Aide supports the lead teacher in fostering a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom management, preparing materials and activities, supervising students during play and transitions, and reinforcing lessons through guided small-group or one-on-one instruction. The aide plays a key role in promoting social, emotional, and academic development while maintaining a caring and respectful classroom atmosphere.

This position requires strong communication skills, a patient and positive demeanor, and the ability to collaborate closely with the classroom teacher and families. Prior experience with early childhood education or a willingness to grow in that field is preferred.
