What You’ll Own and Lead:

Take Command: Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger activities with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Elevate Performance: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring timely, accurate financial transaction processing and reporting.

Be the Backbone: Drive an efficient, smooth month-end and year-end close process in collaboration with the Controller and finance leadership.

Champion Accuracy: Manage balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and cost accounting processes, ensuring every dollar is accounted for.

Innovate and Improve: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen internal controls, and elevate best practices across accounting operations.

Audit-Ready: Prepare critical documentation for internal, external, and customer audits — ensuring compliance and winning auditor praise.

Fuel Strategic Growth: Support budgeting, forecasting, and dynamic financial analysis projects that power leadership decision-making.

Own the Numbers: Monitor inventory accounting, manufacturing overhead, standard costing, and variance analysis to drive financial insights in a complex production environment.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required); CPA/CMA is a major plus.

5–7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial setting.

Proven success leading operational accounting teams, with a collaborative, motivating leadership style.

Expertise in general ledger management, AP/AR operations, and monthly close activities.

Strong command of accrual and cost accounting principles.

Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) — data is your playground.

ERP experience a must (IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize with precision, and drive results in a deadline-driven environment.

Natural problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
