Rate of pay is based upon student's academic status
This position is not limited to a semester. This position may be continuous/ongoing.

What will you do?
The IT College Intern position is part of the ITS Training team within the Division of Information Technology Services (ITS). Under the general direction of ITS Leadership, IT Supervisor &/or other DODD staff, the IT College Intern may be involved with the following duties & responsibilities:
Creating reports (e.g., meeting minutes, OLAP & OLTP reports) using Microsoft Office Products & reporting tools such as COGNOS or MS reporting services
Assisting Project Managers & Business Analysts with coordinating business review sessions, requirements gathering & business or process analysis
Working with the ITS Training Team Process Black Belt & Coach on department-wide IT process changes & policy updates
Assisting with analyzing, designing, developing & implementing departmental computer systems or modifications to existing departmental computer systems in a Microsoft-centric sever-based environment
Analyzing user needs & existing functions to determine feasibility, requirements, & hardware & software alternatives for computerization
Assisting in data review or data entry activities
Performing other duties as assigned within scope of the internship
