Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
Open a case for every inquiry, including those that can be resolved during the first call or e-mail, as well as inquiries that require substantive research or a response
Ensure accuracy in processing and responding within service level guidelines
Assist and resolve retirement plan participant requests and issues:
Obtain account information
Answer questions
Execute transactions
Respond to plan questions
Process benefit payments
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Zero to Two years of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry
Proficient use of applicable technology
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with digital data management/filling system is an asset
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Ability to follow standard procedures
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
The hourly rate for this job in this market is $17.50-$19.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
