Scope of Services:
The Technical Solution Delivery Lead will drive complex technology deployments within Client’s Global Desktop Management group while supporting product-focused AI initiatives in the Medical Devices division. This individual will oversee the complete software lifecycle (SLC), lead cross-functional teams, and act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders. A strong background in project delivery, data science, and machine learning is preferred.
Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:
Lead enterprise-scale desktop technology deployments across business units.
Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and cross-divisional teams to formulate scalable and secure solutions.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects.
Act as Product Owner or Delivery Manager on AI/ML-related initiatives.
Lead the creation of project deliverables, including charters, work plans (WBS), communication and training plans, and process maps.
Monitor compliance with corporate and divisional policies, quality assurance (QA) standards, and best practices.
Conduct stakeholder engagement, training sessions, and progress reporting.
Manage project risks, issues, and escalations effectively.
Provide leadership and coaching to team members and influence AI-driven strategy.
Stay current with industry trends, SaMD regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA), and Agile frameworks.
Prepare documentation and communicate status updates semi-monthly.
Experience & Skills:
Master or higher degree in data science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Biomedical
Engineering, or a related technical field.
3-7 years of experience in a technical role, with a proven track record of applying analytical
skills.
Prior experience working in the life sciences industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) or a technology company specializing in software/ML algorithm development.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing technical projects.
Strong understanding of data science and machine learning concepts and techniques.
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
Awareness of medical device regulations and standards.
Must be based in Chicago, IL, and willing to work in an office se ng.
Travel approximately 10% of the me.
Prior experience with So ware as a Medical Device (SaMD) development
Experience with resource and meline management.
