Ltd CPP) Job Summary: The Journey Management is tasked with overseeing and coordinating the movements of pipe trucks transporting oil pipeline materials.

Utilizing the MS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System), the coordinator adherence to safety protocols, rest schedules, and company standards.

This role acts as a primary communication liaison between CPP and GTL (Globe Tters Logistics), ensuring smooth operations, incident, and compliance with journey management.

Key Responsibilities: Movement Monitoring: - Monitor all pipe truck movements through IVMS to ensure compliance with approved Journey Management Plans (JMPs). - Oversee rest and stop durations to confirm drivers adhere to mandated rest.

- Detect and address any deviations or unsafe driving practices promptly.

Reporting & Communication: - Serve as a communication between CPP and on all journey coordination and safety matters.

- Prepare submit daily movement reports to both CPY (Client) and CPP HQ.

- Complete weekly KPI's truck movements, incidents, and compliance metrics Report all violations, delays, mechanical issues and incidents to the Road Safety Coordinator and CPP.

Driver & Vehicle Compliance: - Verify all drivers possess up-to-date documentation (licenses, training records). - Ensure all pipe trucks have valid third-party stickers and have passed inspections.

- Coordinate timely reporting and resolution of mechanical breakdowns with teams.

Disciplinary Action & Performance: - Issue verbal and written warnings to drivers violating safety or operational protocols.

Requirement 1.

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field (preferred). 2.

Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or journey management roles.

3.

Proficient in using vehicle tracking systems (e.g., IVMS). 4.

Strong reporting, organizational, and communication skills.

5.

Understanding of road safety practices and compliance requirements.
