Position Overview:
The Director of Supply Chain Management is a key leadership position within the KD Pharma Americas Region. This role is responsible for creating, leading, and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, optimize inventory, and minimize logistics costs. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a collaborative leadership style to ensure a seamless, cost-effective, and agile supply chain across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency throughout the order-to-cash process.
Lead and harmonize supply chain efforts across multiple sites in the Americas, including the USA, Canada, Peru, and Brazil.
Optimize demand planning processes and drive continuous improvement to enhance forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
Design, implement, and manage inventory stocking strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, reducing stockouts and excess.
Ensure production planning is accurate and up to date, aligning with demand forecasts and capacity planning.
Guarantee availability of raw materials and components to support production plans, while maintaining appropriate safety stock levels.
Analyze historical data and operational performance to identify areas for increased productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Develop departmental strategies, budgets, and infrastructure to support business objectives.
Promote a culture of collaboration, leadership, and effective decision-making within the supply chain function.
Oversee team performance, providing coaching, counseling, and career development opportunities.
Carry out other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Work Experience and Skills Requirements
10+ years' experience in supply chain management with minimum 5 years within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries
Minimum 5 years management experience
Working knowledge of cGMP, DEA and FDA requirements.
Able to effectively communicate in English with all levels of the organization.
Experience leading continuous improvement efforts in processes, procedures, systems & tools.
Strong analytical skills.
Adapt at implementing or optimizing ERP systems.
Ability to quickly adapt and work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
Able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
Ability to travel internationally ~15%
