Monday-Thursday hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Fridays: 7:30 AM-12:30 PM

What You'll Do:
Review and accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers to oncology, hematology, and radiation services
Ensure documentation supports assigned codes
Maintain compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and payer-specific guidelines
Collaborate with billing teams to resolve coding-related claim issues
Support audit responses and coding justification
Stay current on coding updates and oncology advancements
Educate clinical staff as needed on coding best practices
Use EMR systems and coding software effectively
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of medical coding experience (oncology/hematology/radiation preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required
CPC certification preferred, but not required
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, J-codes, and medical terminology
Experience with payer policies, radiation treatment plans, and EMRs (e.g., ARIA)
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
Drug-free workplace and criminal background check are required.
