Financial Project Coordinator/ Accounting/Home Healthcare

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the financial planning and analysis functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Project Management: Coordinate and manage financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project objectives.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring actual performance against budgeted targets.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, to provide insights into financial performance and support decision-making.
Data Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and management, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on financial objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum - High school diploma or associate's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Note: This role requires travel to facilities 3 days a week. Ability to pick up additional shifts as desired for bonus pay.
