Front Office & Fulfillment Coordinator

Full Time Onsite – Woodstock, GA

We are a small holistic health and wellness company seeking a Front Office & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage front desk operations, inventory, shipping, client check-out, and customer service. This role also handles account reconciliation, sales tax reporting, website order monitoring, scheduling, and general administrative support.

Rightway Health and Wellness serves a diverse range of clients, from those seeking detox and wellness to individuals managing complex health conditions such as lymphatic disorders, Lyme disease, heart disease, and cancer recovery. We also work with proactive wellness seekers focused on immune optimization and reducing toxic load.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the body’s interconnectedness, a passion for natural healing, and should be comfortable engaging with clients on wellness topics.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients professionally and compassionately.

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.

Process client check-outs and payments for services, products, and classes.

Reconcile accounts in QuickBooks on a monthly basis.

File and pay monthly state sales tax.

Monitor and process e-commerce website orders daily.

Oversee product ordering, receiving, and inventory tracking.

Fulfill in-person and online orders, including packaging and shipping.

Create shipping labels and track orders using QuickBooks and Google Sheets.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.

Process XP2 machine sales, ensuring documentation of payments, transfers, and shipping.

Generate and send sales orders promptly post-consultation.

Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed.

Provide scheduling and light administrative support to practitioners.

Communicate client care updates to the Clinic Operations Manager.

Assist with general office organization and cleanliness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma required; education in office administration, logistics, or billing is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an office or healthcare setting.

Previous QuickBooks experience is required.

Experience in inventory management, shipping, or product fulfillment preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients on emotional and physical wellness.

Must live within 30 minutes of Woodstock, GA, and have reliable transportation.

Personal commitment to health and wellness (non-smoking, non-vaping, and committed to a healthy holistic lifestyle).

Genuine interest in human anatomy, physiology, and wellness therapies.

Passion for learning and professional growth.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Mon & Wed 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday 9:00 - 2:00
