Job Description

Seeking experienced Insurance Defense Paralegals for on-site positions in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.

Manage case files from inception to trial, including drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and assisting attorneys in court proceedings.

Ideal candidates will have experience in construction-related insurance defense cases.

Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case progression.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation.

Experience with construction defect cases is highly preferred.

Proficient in legal research and case management software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
