Responsibilities:

Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications

Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance

Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff

Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures

Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards

Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards

Conduct regular audits to assess performance and identify areas of non-compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action

Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify trends and implement necessary changes

Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures

Manage day-to-day operations of the QMSs and provide assistance to ensure that only product conforming to requirements is shipped to customers.

Establish metrics and provide performance data/reports on the performance of the QMSs

Lead lean and continuous activities in the quality department

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Supplier Root Cause/Corrective Action

Quality Management System (QMS)

Previous experience in a manufacturing industry

In depth hands-on knowledge of quality systems, policies, and procedures

Familiarity with intelligent and industrial systems

Computer Skills: MS Office, ERP systems

Must be able to read blueprints

Mechanical knowledge of gears, bearings, gearboxes

Experience in negotiating and strong internal/external communication skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
