This is a 6 month Contract to Hire for a high profile entertainment client in the Philadelphia area!
Join our dynamic team as the Primary Desktop Support Technician, where you'll be the cornerstone of our IT operations for approximately 50 employees. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient technical support within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and resolve an average of 15-20 support tickets per day using Zendesk, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
New Hire Setup: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by setting up workstations, configuring software, and ensuring all necessary IT equipment is ready for use.
Computer Unlocking: Assist employees with unlocking computers and resolving access issues to maintain productivity and security.
System Deployment: Oversee the deployment of new computers and hardware, ensuring seamless integration into the existing network and systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving IT processes and systems, contributing to the overall enhancement of our technical infrastructure.
Qualifications:
5+ years of desktop support experience in a corporate setting
5+ years of experience trouble shooting both Windows and Mac
Strong experience performing Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, AD Domains, and Exchange System Management tasks
4+ years of audio visual experience supporting conference rooms
Experience using/working with Intune
Experience with various mobile technologies in a corporate environment, including IOS and Android
Strong knowledge in the area of PC hardware and components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives

Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
