Trading Systems Analyst

A fast-paced financial services organization is looking for a Trading Systems Analyst with hands-on expertise in advanced electronic trading platforms. This individual will play a key role in supporting the firm’s front-office trading technology, enhancing execution workflows, and ensuring smooth trading operations across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for trading systems, resolving execution issues, and ensuring smooth trade operations.

Monitor and enhance order routing, execution workflows, and trading system functionality.

Configure, test, and troubleshoot FIX protocol with brokers, exchanges, and venues.

Analyze trade data and system logs to optimize execution quality and identify performance issues.

Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Work cross-functionally with compliance, risk, and tech teams to support new product onboarding.

Train end-users on new tools, features, and process updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in trading support, business analysis, or capital markets.

Hands-on experience with FlexTrade, ColorPalette, or Sterling is required.

Proficient in SQL, Python, or Excel for data analysis

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
