We are seeking an Amazon Lex Developer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex

Integrate Amazon Lex bots with backend services using AWS Lambda functions or other AWS services

Develop and maintain conversational UI/UX designs to optimize user experience and engagement

Write and maintain technical documentation related to Amazon Lex configurations, integrations, and deployments

Conduct testing and debugging of Amazon Lex bots to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver integrated solutions

Stay updated with the latest AWS services, tools, and best practices related to Amazon Lex development

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Proven experience developing and deploying conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex

Strong proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Amazon Q, DynamoDB, etc.

Experience with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
