Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and interpret logic and flow diagrams for program development
Commission industrial fieldbus networks such as Profibus, Profinet, and EthernetIP
Integrate and program multi-axis robotic systems (Kuka, Fanuc, ABB)
Program and troubleshoot Cognex vision systems
Review and modify electrical schematics to reflect as-built conditions
Conduct I/O checks for automated equipment
Execute minor electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical modifications to systems
Qualifications:
Technical Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience programming PLCs such as Siemens S7, Allen Bradley RSLogix500/5000
Familiarity with HMI platforms including WinCC Flex, PanelBuilder, RSView / RSView 32
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Proficient in commissioning automation and control systems
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of managing challenging situations with sound judgment
Effective collaborator across departments and with clients
Quick learner, able to adapt to unique project requirements
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
Must possess a valid passport throughout employment
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on engineering experience in controls or automation
