Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Understanding of Field service business
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce & ServiceMax
• Strong SFDC Development Experience on both Classic(Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL)
• and Lightning(Aura & LWC).
• Integration skills -REST,SOAP
• Manage API integrations and web services.
• Experience on Flows, Process builder and Trigger development
• 10+ years IT/FSM/SFDC experience preferable
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on ServiceMax Configuration, architecture, and development
• Experience as Salesforce / ServiceMax Technical Architect is must.
• Should be certified on Salesforce with at least Platform Developer I and Admin
• Strong understanding of deployment processes and tools regarding Salesforce like SFDX, Git
• Strong understanding of data migration tools and processes regarding Salesforce
• Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for ServiceMax implementations and/or customizations
• Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development,
• deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to junior developers
• Review and finalize High Level Design of solution with the customer
• Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories
• Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and co-ordination for development, integration, data
• management, and application testing.
• Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define,
• build, and deliver solutions.
• Working with customers to analyze and resolve ServiceMax related issues/requirements
• Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development,
• testing and deployment
• Design and develop solutions that best leverage the ServiceMax features to support critical
• business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and customer goals
• Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is
• aligned with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive system blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to guide implementation
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of
• ServiceMax implementation.
