Objectives of this role
Lead the Retail Technology Hardware (RTH) and New Store Openings (NSO) programs to ensure seamless technology integration and hardware deployment across existing and new retail locations.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the end-to-end hardware lifecycle management in stores, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget constraints.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between Product, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Program Management: Oversee the delivery, status, and health of the RTH and NSO programs, providing visibility to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Facilitate dependency management discussions and prioritize initiatives.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in technology hardware delivery and program management, preferably within a retail environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of hardware asset management, configuration management, and technology integration.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring teams to achieve project goals.
