Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Radio Frequency (RF) solutions for wireless communication platforms.

Set up and configure RF measurement systems, including mounting on drones.

Conduct field measurements and collect RF performance data using SDRs and other diagnostic tools.

Analyze RF data and provide insights for design and performance optimization.

Ensure compliance with FAA regulations for drone operation during data collection.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support RF testing and validation processes.

Required Qualifications:

9+ years of professional experience in RF Engineering or related field.

Hands-on experience with Software Defined Radios (SDRs).

Expertise in RF design, testing, and measurement tools/methodologies.

Ability to mount and operate RF equipment on drones for field data collection.

FAA Small UAS Rule (Part 107) certification or willingness to obtain it after selection.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently in field environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
