REQUIRED SKILLS:
HS Diploma
1+ years' experience customer service-related position
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access
Experience with Auto Titles
Attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Plusses:
Banking experience
Experience with Consumer loan documents
Experience with Fraud Claims
DAY TO DAY:
Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system
Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents
Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles and boats and also analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution
Prepare customer communication
Manage workflow to ensure SLA's are met or exceeded.
