Inside Sales Representative

Location: Downers Grove, IL

Pay: Up to $22 per hour + commission + monthly bonuses

We provide innovative payment processing solutions to clients in various industries, including grocery, restaurants, retail, spas/salons, and automotive. We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives!

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and potential clients over the phone to understand their needs and present our products and services.

Generate new business through outbound calling and follow up on leads.

Overcome objections by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.

Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets.

Maintain detailed records in our database and follow up with clients as needed.

Work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is required.

Must have experience working on the phones.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Arabic) are a plus.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.

Full-time availability required.
