Handle inbound & outbound calls with internal clients

Assist with account opening and ongoing support

Deliver exceptional service throughout the account lifecycle

Build strong internal relationships and offer effective solutions

Stay adaptable in a fast-changing environment

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Confident in problem-solving and critical thinking

High level of accountability and professionalism

Team player who can also work independently

Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
