Ensure all project documentation is maintained and organized, including contracts, change orders, regulatory permits, and close-out packages.

Oversee vendor performance and ensure third-party deliverables meet expectations in terms of scope, quality, and timelines.

Maintain detailed project records in the corporate project tracking system with accuracy and consistency.

Prepare and deliver job status reports to both internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Skills for Success:

Ability to interpret blueprints, tower structures, and both inside/outside plant civil construction drawings.

Proficiency in identifying and solving workflow bottlenecks, financial discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies.

Knowledge of telecommunications construction services including power, fiber, RF equipment, antennas, and Telco infrastructure.
