Job Summary: The Accounting Manager is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and supervising the day-to-day accounting activities. This role ensures proper accounting and recording of company resources, provides financial statements, analysis, and other key management reports.

Essential Functions:

Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes.

Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly accounting reports.

Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting, financial, and tax requirements.

Reconcile customer accounts and manage accounts receivable collections.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Update and manage Cost Accounting reports.

Lead the accounting department and oversee all financial operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Manage client communications related to financial reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes, support software transitions, and address client financial inquiries.

Ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA certification preferred.

3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
