Your Role:

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into a hot desk with active roles from day one, learning to master the recruitment process and build your market expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Sourcing: Identifying and vetting high-caliber candidates.

Relationship Building: Engaging with clients and candidates to establish long-term partnerships.

Market Insight: Staying current with industry trends to offer expert consultation.
