CAD Technician

The CADD / Survey Technician will be responsible for preparing survey plats and maps, including boundary, as-built, topographic, and utility route surveys. Additional responsibilities include courthouse research, project management, CAD file preparation, data processing from field crews, and occasional fieldwork.

This is a long term need that is required to be fully on site.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience as a office CAD Technician

Proficient in Carlson and AutoCAD Civil 3D

Ability to perform courthouse research and process data collected by survey crews

Experience with Creating detailed CAD files and perform construction staking calculations
