The Role

As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in driving the technical evolution of our AI-first platform. Working directly with the CTO, you'll optimize existing infrastructure, pioneer new systems, and contribute to AI-powered solutions that improve outcomes and empower individuals.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.

6-10+ years of progressive experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and related technologies.

Demonstrated experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products.

Startup Experience (<200 people)

Commercial AI/ML project/product experience

What Will Make You Stand Out

Experience working on cutting-edge AI agents and training LLMs.

Familiarity with building data engineering pipelines
