Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: Up to $80K and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, etc.

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite), Direct Hire

LHH is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a major emphasis on civil litigation defense with some experience. This role will focus on complex civil litigation matters including insurance defense and personal injury defense.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation matters

Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information

Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and memos

Coordinate and manage document production and discovery processes

Prepare for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and witnesses

Maintain and update case files and databases

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience with a major emphasis on litigation

Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management

Proficiency in legal research tools and software

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
