Now, they’re expanding their core team in San Francisco and Europe—bringing on exceptional talent to join a group of ex-OpenAI and Scale AI talent, with deep technical roots from leading AI labs at Oxford, Cambridge, and ETH Zurich.

The Role

As a Founding Deep Learning Engineer, you’ll lead the development of multimodal AI systems - text, image, video, audio - leveraging LLMs, agents, and foundation models. Your expertise will drive the use of LLMs, agents, and foundation models to design scalable architectures, integrate RAG and semantic search, and fine-tune models using SFT/RL. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to transform novel LLM research into real-world application.
