Job description

What will be your duties:

focus mainly on backend development, building new features as microservices and improving the existing monolithic parts of ESET Protect

work with the monolithic system written in C++

develop and maintain microservices deployed on Azure, using technologies like .NET, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure CLI

help build and expand CWPP (Cloud Workflow Protection Platform), playing a key role in developing new features and ensuring it’s kept up to date

work within an Agile environment, following the SAFe methodology to keep things organized

What we want from you:

any experience as a software developer, with a focus on backend development

programming skills in C++ (for the monolithic system) are not required but very helpful, willingness to learn the right skills is expected

any experience with .NET/Kubernetes/Helm/Azure CLI and/or deploying microservices on Azure will be an advantage

understanding of Agile development, and ideally some familiarity with the SAFe framework will be a bonus

Basic wage component (gross): from 2200 EUR/m. (brutto)

the final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
