This Customer Service Assistant position will work in-office at the Department of Commerce Tussing Rd. location. 6606 Tussing Rd. Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.

What You'll Do:
Process incoming mail to include stamping, reviewing for completeness, logging and filing.
Respond to email or phone inquiries received within the Division.
Assist with research into customer inquiries
Assist with records, data, documentation and reports
Complete other general office tasks, as needed
Hours scheduled per week will vary dependent on workload.

9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.
