What You'll be Doing:
Providing clerical and administrative support to the migrant program.
Coordinating program components and/or activities (e.g. scheduling student physicals, mandating report generation, etc.) for the purpose of delivering services in compliance with established guidelines.
Preparing a variety of reports and written materials (e.g. WSIPC reports, time and effort reporting, MSIS reports, parent letters, etc.) for the purpose of meeting program, state, federal and/or District requirements.
Processing enrollment and billing documents for the purpose of documenting events, providing and/or requesting information.
What We Offer:
Salary: $24.72 - $28.88 per hour (depending on experience)
M/D/V insurance, Life insurance, Retirement benefits, Paid sick leave and Paid time off and/or vacation.
Job Details:
Working days: 5 days per week / 209 days per year plus 11 holidays
Hours per day: 8 hours
What You'll Need:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: CPR/First Aid Certificate
Minimum qualifications: Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications, preparing and maintaining accurate records, performing basic bookkeeping, business telephone etiquette, knowledge of office methods and practices, ability to adapt to changing work priorities, communicating with diverse groups, work as part of a team. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Work Environment
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 30% sitting, 40% walking, and 30% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
