IT Business Analyst – Shared Technical Services

What You’ll Do
In this key role, you’ll act as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze processes, gather requirements, and lead the implementation and optimization of ERP and PLM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and recommend innovative solutions
Define and document internal customer requirements with precision
Lead user training and create clear, effective documentation
Evaluate, test, and implement ERP/PLM system updates and changes
Manage issue resolution, acting as an escalation point for users and ensuring timely follow-ups
Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements
Lead the IT on workflow development, system security, and compliance
Promote system best practices and standard operating procedures
Identify and champion opportunities for process and system improvements
Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent support and system maintenance
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Management, Operations, IT, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on ERP and/or PLM system experience
Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver solutions
Strong project management and documentation skills
Experience coordinating non-technical and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in business analysis and system testing
Bonus: Experience with BI or dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
Bonus: Familiarity with the flavor and fragrance industry
