Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Deliver ongoing financial advice and identify new opportunities to enhance client relationships.
Collaborate with the Senior Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure excellence in client service and client retention.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client communications and activities.
Team Operations and Reporting
Review and act on key operational reports including client planning status, new business items, and team functions.
Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested.
Communication and Team Collaboration
Keep comprehensive communication records using contact management systems.
Participate in and lead weekly team meetings, contributing to a supportive and productive environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent and exceptional client experience.
Support Business Goals and Strategic Initiatives
Engage in quarterly strategic planning meetings.
Provide timely business reporting and support the execution of strategies defined by the Senior Financial Advisor.
Stay organized and adaptable to change, supporting new processes and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Active Series 65 or Series 66 license is required.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or designations such as CFP®, ChFC®, or CFA® strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial services, with a demonstrated history of managing and growing client relationships.
Proven experience servicing high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and families, including delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management solutions.
Deep knowledge of investment products, including mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and alternative investment vehicles.
Technologically adept with proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM platforms and financial planning software.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust in clients and team members.
Strong collaborator who works effectively with Senior Advisors, Relationship Managers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding client experience.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex client challenges, maintain compliance standards, and deliver high-touch, personalized service.
