DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The impact you will have in this role:

In this role, you will champion an automation-first approach to streamline operations and boost efficiency. They will support critical Disaster Recovery exercises to strengthen system resilience and business continuity. Clear communication and collaboration will be key in fostering a strong team environment. The individual will ensure thorough documentation to promote knowledge sharing and operational consistency. With a self-starting mindset, they will take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision. Participation in 24x7x365 support and agile ceremonies will help align with team and business goals. Their impact will be reflected in improved reliability, reduced manual work, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your Primary Responsibilities:

Drive a culture of automation by identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline manual processes across the environment.

Actively support and contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, with a willingness to learn company-specific DR protocols and processes.

Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on clear and consistent communication.

Document technical procedures, processes, and solutions thoroughly to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Participate in a 24x7x365 support rotation alongside the team, ensuring high availability and reliability of supported systems.

Engage in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Demonstrate a proactive and self-starting attitude, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

Strong knowledge of Automation and orchestration tools like Ansible Automation platform, HP Operation orchestration, HP server Automation.

Hand on experience with Python, (Oracle, MS) SQL, Ansible, Autosys

Experience in product life cycle management & agile based delivery.

Experience in AWS Cloud technology

Familiarity with CI/CD tools & process (GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins)

Familiarity Agile Methodology and Tools (JIRA)
