Responsibilities
Collect, review and examine an applicant’s financial history and records
Perform risk assessment reports
Analyze client’s financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation
Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur
Provide elite service to internal and external clients
Communicate with clients via email and over the phone on loan status, which includes Mortgage Loan Officers and Broker Owners
Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients
Qualifications
Completed 2 or 4-year degree
Complex rationale and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and be coached
Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to take accountability for actions
Preferred experience in Finance and/or Accounting (financial analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable)
