Pay Rate: Pay Grade 6 Full Time Shift Details: 11:00PM-7:30AM Tuesday-Saturday, OFF Sunday & Monday

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will assist the Shift Manager in the management of all activities of the Environmental Services department. Must be willing to work with the employees by engaging in cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility. You will oversee, train, and manage assigned area(s). You will report to the EVS Shift Manager.

Primary Tasks:

Responsible for the direction and guidance of the Environmental Services Staff.

Issue cleaning supplies to associates.

Ensure appropriate number of supplies by tracking inventory and supply stock on hand to identify when low and notify management when an order needs to be placed.

Manage inventory/security of supplies.

Train, schedule, audit, and inspect work of team members to ensure standards are met.

Review invoices to ensure accurate items for inventory received.

Implement corrective/preventative actions and coach associates based on Standard Operating Procedures and if further action is needed, they complete the documentation and communicate with the Shift Manager and EVS Manager.

Respond and resolve emergency facility needs, issues involving safety, security, and requirements.

Address and resolve customer, associate, management concerns.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

A strong background in the use of housekeeping/cleaning equipment and knowledge of chemicals as it relates to MSDS

Understand government public health and, or safety regulations and requirements

Prior Environmental Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance experience preferred
