Position: Japanese Admin / helpdesk / Interpreter Industry: Japanese Quality Medical and wellness center Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 100,000 Location: Cebu Schedule: 9am to 6pm Working Days: 5 days Line of Business: Clinic Wellness Benefits: Transportation allowances Free consultations HMO / health card and insurances Great medical pay and allowances Requirements: Filipino who speak Japanese language Open to JLPT Passers and Non Passers Open to candidates who speak basic, conversational and business Japanese Degree holder of any course and Open to undergraduates HS graduates too No relevant experience needed Willing to undergo training Confident in speaking and has ability to do customer service Ability to understand patient and clients need and medical assistance Ability to express their thoughts to assist Japanese customers Ability to identify the medical concerns of the Japanese patient Can handle appointment set up with customers and Japanese patient Duties and Responsibilities of the Japanese Speaking Admin Become the Japanese help desk the medical center and wellness Answer inquiries and Welcome Japanese walk in patients and customers Coordinate with Japanese doctors for schedule and appointments Provide Doctor schedule and available time for check ups and appointments Approve schedule request and assist Japanese customers after check up Answer inquiries about health card requirements and online payments Talk to the Japanese patient about their medical concerns for appropriate tests, doctor, medical expertise needed.

Remind Japanese Customers about upcoming Online or F2f consultation Answer inquiries about online consultation and online reservation Work as interpreter for Japanese patient and doctors or vice versa Ensure that patients and customer are satisfied during medical consultation
