Affirmed is now hiring: Per Diem Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for Suffolk County, NY!

We’re currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide high-quality care throughout Suffolk County – including opportunities in the Hamptons! Enjoy flexible scheduling with day and overnight shifts available (5–12 hours per shift) starting at $18/hour.

What You’ll Do:

As a PCA, you’ll support our clients by assisting with:

Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Meal preparation

Light housekeeping

Companionship

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of PCA experience

Valid NYS PCA Certificate

Eligibility to work in the U.S.

COVID-19 vaccination

Valid driver's license (strongly preferred)

Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

MMR immunization (within 10 years)
