Job Description
We are seeking an Office Admin/Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will interact with customers, compile detailed and time sensitive data, and be a backup for the Accounting Department. Currently Part Time - could lead to Full Time.
Responsibilities:
Assist with A/P, A/R and Invoicing
Compile data for Excel Spreadsheets
Answer phones and emails
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Interact with our maintenance facility regarding customers and parts
Post updates to our social media accounts
Perform other general office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks Online preferred
Experience with parts and inventory a plus
Strong organizational skills
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
Ability to prioritize and multitaskCompany Description
SportairUSA, LC, is an FAA certificated aircraft repair station. We handle sales and maintenance of New Experimental and Pre-Owned Consignment Aircraft from our offices at the North Little Rock Municipal Airport (KORK).
