Job Description
Attach customer parts to rack fixtures as required using hands and tools
Visually examine parts for damage/defects as they are being racked
Read work order documentation to understand what is required for the parts to get racked and plated
Fill out work order documentation with quantity counted and other basic information
Follow a production schedule to know which parts are to be racked before others
Read work order documentation to understand what is required for the parts to get unracked and handled
Dry parts with coming out of process tanks
Visually examine parts for quality defects as they are being dried and unracked
Carefully pack unracked parts on carts/pallets to be moved to the next operation
Fill out work order documentation with quantity counted and other basic information
Follow a production schedule or verbal instructions from the production supervisor to know which parts are to be unracked before others
Other duties as assigned
