Production Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our team! You will work on a production assembly line performing standardized work defined by work instructions.

Responsibilities:

Performing standardized work process and following defined work instructions and sequences at a defined pace, repetitively for an extended period of time, and rotating as required.

Performs on-line inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.

Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.

Be able to use hand tools, screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, and other small tools

Ability to quickly come up to speed on novel assembly procedures and custom tooling or test methods

Operate complex manufacturing equipment

Escalating functional and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must Work Environment / Essential Physical Demands

Ability to perform physical work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours per day

Frequent weekend work and overtime required

Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs.

Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
