DESTIHL is looking for an Executive Chef to help lead our expanding culinary team in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You can showcase your culinary skills and creativity on our team while working with like-minded industry professionals.

We are looking for someone with at least ten years of culinary experience and a minimum of five years of culinary management experience. We love applicants who have savvy, knowledge, and experience, but the essential experience we require is passion. Passion for our profession is what sets us apart from everyone else. We seek leaders devoted to providing an unparalleled experience to our guests and team.

Your Role:

Ensure Exceptional Guest Service – Ensure consistent production and excellent presentation of well-prepared, flavorful food.

Show Your Creativity- Help create and develop unique food offerings that give our guests the ultimate dining experience.

Lead a Team of Culinary Professionals—Provide leadership, motivation, support, and development for our culinary team, creating a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability.
